The hotel has attentive and efficient staff. It is nestled in a nice building close to grocery stores, the Southcenter Mall, and shopping options. The location is quiet and convenient for my event in the North Beacon Hill area.

it had nice and amazing location, short walk to different stores, seattle for surgeries, and the airport or the light rial station, or the grocery store, or anywhere within reason.
Their staff were horrible.

Location
Internet service extremely poor. No coffee pot in room. Staff did not communicate. Extra blanket thrown on the floor & do not disturb sign in the middle of the floor. Did Not Remove Soiled towels. Extremely rude pounding on the door saying "its 11am either ck out or pay for another day" when it was in the system before 6:30am that we had ck out time for 2:30pm..due to barking/whining dog across the hall all the day prior and throughout the entire night. No Rest! She was rude and banging stuff around in the other room/area she was cleaning. I had a migraine! Terrible cold bfst for the price & uncomfortable bed.

The stuff is friendly, responsive and agile. I have to mention Ashley as an example of exceptional employee.
All was good and above my expectation.

Would have liked a little more varieties when it comes to breakfast. Cornflakes, cereals would be awesome!

The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, which was perfect for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the fact that the rooms had a kitchenette, allowing us to cook some meals instead of eating out all the time. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was only a short drive to Southcenter mall and the airport.
One downside was the thin walls, as we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and stomping from the room above us. It would have been nice to have a quieter and more peaceful environment.

Clean but smelly room. Opened window and that helped. Musty. Cheerful staff. Close to mall. Nice furniture. Updated yet still not worth the money.
Odd. Full kitchen but no coffee makings. No equipment at all if you wanted to cook. You have to check it out at the desk. Rough, harsh towels. Cheap feeling to the place and very overpriced. Should be a $60 dollar room at most.

The room was so terribally smelly. Everytime we go into the room my kid says it smells like french fries. The odor of the hallway was also very smelly. I can't describ it as french fies though! The breakfast is hardly a breakfast! It should be called coffee and muffins.

The manager was awesome and was so helpful, as a fellow hiker. I think his name was Eric. The young girl was also great. Even though a room didn't appear to be ready, they found one for me after only a short wait, as it was a credit card issue. Manager was on top of it. The rooms may not have been "top" quality, but spacious and homey. Loved the kitchen and bar area and outlets available for charging phones, etc.
When manager wasn't around, mornings appeared to be a bit too much for the other members of the staff to keep coffee available. Some of the staff could have been friendlier, but I wasn't really asking for much from anyone.
